AP Ticket To Pass Upgrades
The Florida Resident Ticket to Annual Pass web experience converts existing ticket holders into lifelong Passholders by clarifying eligibility and product value. As a Senior Product Designer, I spearheaded this digital evolution, collaborating with cross-functional partners to transform a complex upgrade journey into a seamless, intuitive decision-making path.

Optimized page navigation by implementing a sub-navigation menu on the one-pager, improving readability and user experience.

Branding & Style
This uplift will focus on visual storytelling, mobile-first design, and clearer content hierarchy to better support consideration and downstream conversion into Annual Pass products.



AP Buzz around VIPassholder Days
Designed and delivered a dedicated, seasonal theme within the AP Buzz hub for “VIP Days”—one of the largest seasonal activations for Annual Passholders. Collaborated closely with the Yellow Shoes creative team to translate campaign inputs into high-fidelity UI, utilizing the AP Style Guide to ensure strict brand compliance. The resulting responsive framework was successfully activated to support high-traffic content drops throughout the Summer seasons.
